My Story

I had my share of issues growing up and knew very well what it meant to be alone and made to feel invisible, unworthy and unwanted. I grew up believing that in order to be accepted and loved one had to put themselves last in every way. I hid my feelings, threw away my dreams, and did everything I could or was told I had to do to please people.

I took my first official energy class about 15 years ago and have been practising Reiki for over a decade. More recently I found coaching and NLP transformational coaching, Quantum Change Processes and have added Soul Genesis, Angel reading and Indian Head massage to my repertoire.

I am always exploring new avenues in the healing arts to aid in helping those around me and today I am grateful for my past because it has helped shape me in a way that I am better able to seek out and bring out the best in others with compassion and understanding.

I do not want anyone to suffer as long as I had needlessly. I wish to share what I know in the hopes that others can learn to be more authentic and become who they are meant to be, living with love and joy in their lives.

If you are willing to work hard at having a true transformation then anything is possible and it does not take a long time. I have heard some remarkable stories and have experienced how fast some of the techniques can really change your world.
