Joyce Plummer Bio:

I understand how challenging it can be to negotiate and comprehend the process of getting funding for homes and businesses. Having secured mortgages for challenging files and for clients that believe the bank isn’t the only place to go to for a competitive rate. I work with you, no matter what your circumstances are.

With a background in Business and Entrepreneurship, coupled with a desire to mentor and coach, I look forward to guiding mortgage clients through effective underwriting and selective deal placement. I couple this with new agents coming into the mortgaging arena, in training and mentoring their education with my experience and knowledge, to help them succeed in this industry.

Whether underwriting a file at the office or on the road, or if I’m training or mentoring agents, I could be volunteering my time, I am dedicated to what I do, and committed to getting the job done. With a diverse skill set, I strongly compliment the ZMC Team towards serving our client needs. Be it a direct client or a co-brokered file.

John Davies Bio:

I have been a Chartered Professional Accountant in practice since 1991. Prior to this my experience includes eight years in Life Insurance and four years in the Food & Beverage industry. In these capacities I used my experience for volunteering and was the Treasurer of The Junior Achievement of Metro Toronto for eight years and a further five years as Treasurer for the Toronto Brigantine Inc. I have held the position of Church Warden of St. John’s York Mills Church, and I still volunteer my services during tax season, filing returns at an “Undisclosed Centre” for people that walk in needing their taxes done.

In 1992 I became a Mortgage Broker to help clients improve their financial situations. It was then that I incorporated ZMC-Zenith Mortgage & Capital Corporation. I mentored agents, learned from them and built a brokerage with a reputation built on honesty, integrity and transparency. It has been through this industry that I’ve been able to create long lasting relationships built on trust.

Since this time I have assisted many people improve their financial circumstances and I look forward to helping more families in the future.
