The Art of Living Foundation (AOLF) is a non-profit organization founded in 1981 by the world-renowned philanthropist and spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.

AOLF offers effective educational and self-development programs and tools that facilitate the elimination of stress and foster deep and profound inner peace, happiness and well-being for all individuals. These programs, which include breathing techniques, meditation, yoga, and practical wisdom for daily living, have helped millions around the world to completely transform their lives.

International Art of Living Center

Since its inception in 1991, the Canadian International Art of Living Center has been a home away from home for thousands of visitors from around the world. Nestled among 250 acres of land dotted by five pristine lakes and numerous nature trails, the Center is a sanctuary for self-growth and upliftment. It offers a wide variety of activities and programs, including meditation and yoga programs, annual youth summer camps and family retreats.

Sri Sri Ayurveda Institute of Canada

Sri Sri Ayurveda is the unique combination of the ancient philosophies and practical knowledge of Ayurveda and the complete practices offered by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar to bring us fulfilment and joy in living. Complementing Art of Living programs, the Institute offers a range of individualized treatments, as well as Ayurvedic cooking programs throughout the year.

In addition to these programs offered globally, AOLF, working in collaboration with The International Association for Human Values (IAHV), has successfully implemented numerous humanitarian projects and service initiatives including conflict resolution programs, disaster relief, sustainable rural development, empowerment of women, prisoner rehabilitation, education for all, and environmental sustainability.
