Welcome!
I coach youth & adults looking to discover or develop their innate inner strengths (as in virtues) & outer strengths (as in talents). Do you struggle with knowing there is something "greater" in you to offer in life & not knowing how to access or develop it? Using experiential coaching techniques, I make the coaching experience fun while revealing the best qualities inside you.
I also offer an interactive workshop called "Discovering your Character Strengths". This program uses art, music, games, nature awareness & mindfulness to enable clients to KNOW their strengths, in the learning style that works for them. Every single one of us has intrinsic inner & outer qualities to help us cope positively in life. My passion is to help others realize this! My background is as a trauma specialist. For 20+ years I founded & ran a successful medical company. My company provided custom rehabilitation of severe skin injury. As CEO I facilitated a very hands on approach, coaching each patient individually, playing an active role in their physical & emotional recovery. In working with many ages & diverse peoples I honed the skills to empathize & view healing from their perspective, which taught me how to be a better coach. I’ve completed the ICF accredited Kids Coaching Connection, life coaching course. I’ve mentored kids leading youth clubs, nature camps, been an outdoor education facilitator & always had a youth in need of guidance on staff in my company.
I truly believe life is magical. When we engage our inner strengths, we turn negatives into positives, changing our entire outlook on situations that previously challenged us. Knowing our outer strengths gives us a breath of fresh air, a positive outlet for stress relief & a way to express our gifts. My clients tell me they feel a growing awareness of their self worth, at any age! This is the foundation for true happiness.
