Phil has been cooking for the past 32 years and has been a chef for the past 30 years. You may have tasted his fine cuisine at Cocktail and Shotz in Midland, or at Arthur's Fine Family Dining in Penetang. Most recently, he was the executive chef for Restaurant Sainte-Marie in Midland year of 2003, who brought Lobsterfest to Restaurant Sainte-Marie that summer.
