Jeremy A. Richler is a GTA and Toronto area corporate lawyer and notary public. He is an associate at Carr Law Professional Corporation, with a practice dedicated to corporate law, real estate and employment law.
Jeremy regularly advises clients on contracts of employment and termination packages to determine their statutory compliance. He thrives on cutting through the fine print to advise clients of their rights, and to find practical solutions to disputes, especially before the need for complicated and protracted litigation arises.
Jeremy very much enjoys blogging, contributing opinion pieces, and to generating thoughtful discussion on social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter. Jeremy has contributed as a media commentator, having appeared on CTV News Channel as a political pundit, on AM 640 with host Jeff MacArthur as a legal analyst and as a columnist to the Hill Times and The Lawyers’ Weekly.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Jeremy worked as a business policy analyst both for the Ontario government, and as a consultant in the private sector. Jeremy is now the director of policy on the executive for the federal Liberal Eglinton-Lawrence riding association.
Outside of work, Jeremy is an avid Blue Jays fan, and enjoys music of all genres, from classic rock to contemporary top 40.
Jeremy is a law graduate from the University of Windsor (2006). He also completed a Masters in Political Science from Carleton University (2000) and an Honours BA from McGill University.(1997)
