ELITE PERFORMANCE HOUSE

Elite Performance House Ltd. (EPH) is a Brampton, Ontario based company using the medium of sport to make an impact with our communities youth. EPH was founded on the dream of being able to serve Brampton based athletes with affordable science based health and wellness services back in the Summer of 2013. The company was founded by Avi Sohi, the pioneer and leader behind the EPH movement.

After Avi’s first year of Kinesiology & Health Science at York University, he quickly realized that school really wasnt for him, and that his passion instead was to motivate, inspire and educate his community to engage in athletics and healthy active lifestyles. One thing in particular that stuck out to Avi during a university lecture, was an alarming statistic surrounding childhood obesity indicating that the next generation of children being raised in our global community were the first generation in the history of mankind to have a lower life expectancy than their parents. Avi was shocked and eager to start making an impact to help reverse this statistic. He recognized that this task however could not be accomplished alone. So in 2014, Avi brought his cousin Manvir Grewal on board and they began working together towards making an impact in the community.

Avi frontiered the day to day operations, becoming the face of the brand along the way. While Manvir established the backend accounting, legalities, web design and a whole lot more. Today, they continue to work hand in hand with each other, developing EPH into what the community gets to experience on a day to day basis. This movement started very simply on a soccer field with a group of friends just exercising, it has grown into something we could never have imagined and we thank our community for putting their trust in us along our journey.
