The cornerstone of my success with sellers for example is demonstrating the full value of my client's properties drawing on my extensive professional decorating experience. Uniquely, I provide personal home staging at no extra cost. It's included in my listing fee. I am proud to say that I donate a portion of EVERY commission cheque I receive to support the Shelter Foundation. I also provide volunteer services as well as participate in special community events to help raise funds and awareness to end family violence for more than 30, 000 women and children who take refuge in a shelter each and every year.
